Det kan give en intens oplevelse af muskelarbejde uden brug af tunge v\u00e6gte, og det kan v\u00e6re relevant for personer, der \u00f8nsker en anderledes og guidet tr\u00e6ningsoplevelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 celleniveau handler EMS om, at elektrisk stimulering skaber muskelkontraktioner.
